The Bernoulli Garden development is an eye-catching residential development to the north of Auckland. Ockham Residential is one of Auckland’s leading providers of high quality properties. The brand is well known both for their residential developments and their charitable work through the Ockham Foundation, in particular with their sponsorship of the New Zealand Book Awards.

Having worked with the company before we were
pleased to again be on the same page when it came to their new development. Here a novel approach to balustrade fabrication was needed if we were to be part of the project equation. We worked hard to get the numbers right, our custom-made Urban Fin aluminium balustrade design meeting both architectural requirements and budget conditions.

This was an exciting project, the development turning a new page on the apartment lifestyle in the northwest of Auckland. So it was important to get everything exactly right. While we may have fun stuffing maths and literature puns into the odd case study we have a by-the-numbers mindset when it comes to doing things by the book.
