One-of-a-kind Apartment

Tucked right next to Waterview Junction just Northwest of the city, this one-of-a-kind Ockham Apartment offers its residents a chance for quality balustrade construction. This stunning brick building displays tasteful exterior design elements, including decorative concrete panels and stylish angled balconies.

The one-design task for this project consisted of providing an outlook while maintaining privacy. However, the challenge for our team was to meet the needs of the different users, in this case, residents with children and those without, and although it sounds simple enough, it is more challenging than first thought.

To achieve the desired outcome and look, we rotated the balustrade fins to 45 degrees on some apartments. A variation or popular style linkage fin design works excellently to screen the people outside from seeing what goes on inside while delivering the required results for this stylish
