A Look at Bader Drive and its Balustrades

In many ways, the balustrades on Bader Drive are part of what makes Kāinga Ora Bader McKenzie development unique. Recently recognised by the  Property Council New Zealand as an award-winning project. I want to go into more detail about these beautiful pieces of work and explain why the balustrade is such an essential part of Bader Drive’s design.

Discovering Bader Drive’s Balustrades, each of the five apartment blocks is fitted with an Emissary aluminium balustrade. These balustrades are both elegant and functional, which is why they’ve become such a popular choice in development projects. While minimalist in design, this modern aesthetic also provides greater discretion and well-balanced support.

Complementing and tying the Emissary balustrades together are the Colossus facades. Together they create an exciting and visually stimulating aspect to the buildings, unlike anything seen before in the neighbourhood.
